Your account manager will set you up with a business profile on the app, here, your incentives will be displayed and can be redeemed by all users who come to your venue.

Yes, you can set the maximum and daily redemption limit, this allows you to control how many times within a daily window your incentive is redeemed.

Yes, you’ll receive a monthly report which shows; Total Incentives, which is the number of incentives you have live across your venues. Total Customers, which is the number of people who have used ttagz in your business. Total Venues is the number of individual locations you have in the UK.  New Tags is the number of tags that have been generated since you launched an incentive, and ttagz reach shows the total number of followers your active users have.

We recommend you have 3 to 4 incentives offered at any one time. What you offer is up to you and will need to be in the increments of 20%, 30% 40% 50% and 100% off. You can choose whatever you want to offer, be that food, drink or experiences, the choice is yours.

We understand that putting the power of posting in users' hands requires trust. That's why we actively monitor and screen photos that are being posted. We have the right to reject and ban accounts for photos that do not fall in line with our photo standards.
